What after care and support will I receive after my website is completed?
If you have any updates you want to make to any of your web pages we will update them once free of charge in the first year. After the first year if you require to make more changes there is a small charge of £20.00 per page. If you need to make a lot of changes quite frequently you may want to consider a content management system where you can make your own changes via a web browser, contact us for more details.
What happens if I am not happy with the look of the completed website?
In the early days of the development of your website great care is taken to design a suitable scheme, this is done by close communication with you discussing your business requirements, design ideas, colour schemes etc. After the first page has been developed we will show you a sample of what the website will look like and any changes you require can easily be made at this early stage. When you are completely satisfied with the look and feel of your sample we will complete the project.
How much does everything cost?
This varies to your individual requirments, number of pages, images etc. however we have put together some packages based on our most popular design and hosting requests. See our design rates to give you a better idea of cost or contact us for a chat and a free quote on bespoke design.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cheque's, Cash, All major credit cards
and Pay Pal.
Do you offer any discount for multiple websites?
Yes, we offer 10% discount on our web design services if you require two or more designs at the same time of ordering. We cannot offer any discount on our hosting service or for domain name registration as we believe that these are one of the cheapest around at the moment.
Who's responsibility is it to re-register the domain name and hosting?
Ultimately it is your responsibility to re-register your domain name and hosting.
We will contact you before the registration runs out, however, if you let it lapse your domain name could be registered by someone else. Please see our terms and conditions.
Am I limited to how much web space is available to me?
No, you can buy as much space as you want, we find that the packages we offer are more than adequate for any website.
If you come up with an idea like eBay you will have to consider dedicated servers.
Will my website display correctly on all computers?
Yes. During the design of your website we check the development with a variety of systems including Internet Explorer Mozilla Firefox Opera Netscape Google Chrome AOL and many more to make sure it will always display properly with all browsers and screen resolutions.
